Job Summary
Company and : The West Rand plant is a cornerstone of production and they're looking for a Plant Controller who can keep the gears turning financially while influencing big operational decisions. You'll partner directly with plant leadership, own financial performance and play a strategic role in driving cost efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Own plant-level financial reporting in line with IFRS & GAAP, turning data into actionable insight
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate across departments on budgets, forecasts and strategic planning
• Represent the plant during audits and ensure full compliance with laws, SOX and company policies
• Drive process improvement initiatives and champion continuous optimization

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting (CIMA studies advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational manufacturing, FMCG or mining environment
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and Advanced Excel
• Strong grasp of budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, GAAP, IFRS and SOX compliance
• Analytical, commercially minded and thrives under pressure. You don't just crunch numbers, you influence outcomes!
