Key Outputs
Planning of all requirements for Service letters and PIP's
Communication with vendors of securing of goods and services Timekeeping of workforce Receiving orders & invoicing to customers
Assist with the achievement of KPI's Ability to apply warranty policies and procedures Resolve internal and external customer queries Effective self-management Managing the WIP, work order closing and work order history
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Trade certificate (Diesel or Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic)
2 years technical experience Computer literate (MS Office)
SAP knowledge advantageous
Good communication skills and customer relations * Must be a Team player and be willing to work overtime
