WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The

Planner

will be responsible for assisting with planning, scheduling and co-ordination of production activities in line with the sales plan. This includes monitoring material availability, reporting on production output and communicating of necessary information to mitigate risks and expedite the relevant planning ERP processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement requirements are processed on time. Lead stock count for responsible plants. Review of manufacturing Bills of Materials. Review routings and production versions. Manage and correct MPS and communicate plan for on time delivery to sales plan. Arrange inter-site collection of goods and delivery of complete products to other sites. Overview the capturing and reporting of works orders and WIP. Resolve discrepancies. Provide accurate input into all RFQ and Contract execution meetings. Complete and update all management reports (KPI reporting). WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE


National Diploma in Commerce/ Production/Supply Chain related majors or any relevant equivalent qualification would be advantageous. Experience with an ERP/MRP system such as SAP. At least 2 years' experience within a plant/production environment. Computer Literate and able to operate the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work in a team. Good communication skills (i.e., both verbal and written). WHAT WE OFFER YOU
