Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 covering mechanical, piping, structural, and E&I workstreams.
Coordinate schedules with cross-functional project teams to capture key dependencies such as fabrication, erection, welding, hydrotesting, commissioning, and handover.
Integrate in-house and vendor fabrication outputs (e.g., piping spools, structural components, storage tanks) into project timelines.
Track progress of critical milestones, including procurement lead times, fabrication throughput, site installation, and testing activities.
Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain delivery commitments.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, client requirements, and project reporting standards.
Provide regular progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses to project management and stakeholders.
