RPO Recruitment's client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Planned Maintenance Officer in Limpopo. This role will be responsible for the effective day to day functioning of the computerized maintenance system and the maintenance management system of the Business Unit. The incumbent reports to the Senior Planned Maintenance Officer, and is also responsible for the motivation and development of personnel within the area of responsibility.
Duties:

• Quality assurance of the work in area of responsibility
• Coaching, motivating and supervising of the team
• Co-ordinate the maintenance management activities through planning, organizing and scheduling
• Compliance to legal requirements
• Integrity of data
• Reporting and completion of reports
• Auditing of area of responsibility
• Dealing with audit findings
• Co-ordination of procurement process
• Codification of materials / equipment
• Analysis of data and dealing with findings
• Budget control
• Maintenance of asset register
• Management of technical library

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Numeracy and Literacy at NQF level 4
• N3 technical qualification
• Qualified artisan
• At least 3 years experience as an artisan
• At least 1 year experience as a planner (Advantageous)
• Computer literate: MS Office Package, including MS Projects
• SAP - PM module (Advantageous)
