-Come and join this highly motivated team as a Fixed Term Planned Maintenance Administrator where you will be responsible to assist the in the coordination, facilitation and management of the maintenance management programme for the plant by providing planning, control systems and maintenance of policies and strategies for the management of equipment whilst optimising the interface with other Mine and Plant systems and functions.

-Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Effective coordination of the Mine/Plant planned maintenance program



Assists in addressing all key elements of asset care strategy using KPIs. Participates in cross functional engineering and production teams to minimize reactive maintenance Support programs to minimize unplanned downtime on key equipment Support cross functional teams to address cleaning, lubrication and first line maintenance functions Participate in the development RCM based task lists for all maintenance significant equipment Participate in failure analysis techniques for cross functional teams Identifies significant recurring failure patterns by analyzing maintenance history. Support preventive actions to ensure cost effective maintenance programs. Makes formalized recommendations to Planned Maintenance Officers. On a daily basis, executes capacity planning and ensures that both preventative and corrective maintenance is covered Assists in ensuring that shutdowns follow preset targets in accordance with critical path analysis. Assist in ensuring that all work is controlled by works orders and information loops are closed Liaises with Foremen to confirm that all technical manuals and documents are up to date Administer KPI reports Assist in ensuring that the SAP PM, MM and CO systems are properly supported Participate in RCM exercises for all new equipment before commissioning Participate in Group wide RCM template development and review for primary production equipment Administer the skills matrix and training plans for all maintenance personnel Participate in root cause analysis exercises. Administer the critical spare parts lists Support the material management strategy Actively support the codification and bills of material initiatives Actively participate in spares and material acquisition Supports a housekeeping program Facilitates or manages a tool store function

This position is in the Engineering department at a C1 level, reporting into the Plant Maintenance Coordinator.





Qualifications

-Grade 12 or equivalent

Technical Knowledge:



1 year experience in the Planned Maintenance office Experienced in using a computerized planned maintenance system Work execution platform experience (Advantageous)

Required Knowledge and Skill



Basic artisan training module Business Centered Maintenance training module Ability to plan and organize Working knowledge of client disciplines - Metallurgy, Mining, Engineering Ability to schedule and manage maintenance activities Code 8 driver's license
