Pizza Chef
Job Description
We are on the hunt for an experienced pizza chef, if you got what it takes and you are loud and vibey with full energy being able to work in a high pressure times.
Should have 2 to 5 years experience in kitchen management.
High standards and have the understanding of kitchen procedures and hygiene.
You must be able to make dough from scratch and to mix ingredients for it, know how to control the fire in the pizza oven, know different dough types, hand stretching techniques and baking experience is essential. Know the different temperature types for baking a pizza.
Doing orders, knowing your par levels.
