Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Pit Foreman to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of pit operators to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to all safety standards, procedures, and policies.
- Perform regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and monitor production activities to achieve output targets while maximizing plant efficiency.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure continuous equipment availability and minimal downtime.
- Grade 12
- Opencast Blasting Certificate
- Supervisory Certificate
- 5 years experience in a Similar role
- Competent A Certificate
- Dewatering practices and management of pumping team experience
- Valid drivers license
- Salary: R600k R800k CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)

- Salary: negotiable.
