Pilates / Reformer Instructor
Luxury Spa | Saudi Arabia
Salary: SR4,500 - SR5,500 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In Position
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Pilates / Reformer Instructor for a leading luxury spa based in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced fitness professional who is passionate about health, wellness, and creating transformative experiences for clients.

Competitive base salary (SR4,500 - SR5,500, negotiable depending on experience)
Commission based on performance
Key Requirements:
Certified in Pilates (Mat and Reformer) - this is essential
Experience in resistance training - required
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) knowledge - advantageous
Ability to design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs
Professional appearance and conduct
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with high-end clientele is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct private and group Pilates (mat and reformer) sessions
Offer resistance training tailored to individual client needs
Develop customized fitness programs for clients based on personal goals and assessments
Deliver high-energy, engaging sessions with a focus on wellness and client satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment
Track client progress and adapt plans as needed
Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the spa
