Attention to detail.Infrastructure maintenanceFarm and Equipment appearance, tidiness and presentation, company imageEnvironmental awareness, invader species, protection of wildlife, soil erosion, safe and responsible handlingof chemicalsEnsuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases.2. AccountabilityManagement of performance and wellbeing of FTCxe2x80x99s.Protection and maintenance of company assets.Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.Organising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment, and machinery..3. Direct Staff SupervisionMeasuring and monitoring all task related work on the business unit REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) National Senior Certificate and/ Diploma in Agriculture, Ideal: Bachelors Qualification in AgricultureTraining: On-the-job training, Basic Computer Skills, and OHSExperience: 1 Year of industry experience
