We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented
Physiotherapist
to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with doctors, biokineticists, and admin staff to deliver patient-centered treatment--especially for back, neck, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation--using the DBC protocol and other evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care and functional rehabilitation.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
Educate patients on conditions, expected outcomes, and treatment processes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient management.
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reports.
Participate in CPD activities and remain registered with relevant professional bodies (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
Engage in patient feedback discussions and internal clinical meetings.
Adhere to compliance, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
Encourage full patient participation in the DBC programme and other conservative treatments.
Manage non-DBC patients with appropriate diagnosis, documentation, and referrals.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
(or higher)
Registered with HPCSA
CPD compliant and up-to-date
Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong understanding of manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical tools
