United Business Solutions is a leading South African supplier of multi-branded Office Automation solutions, supporting businesses through reliable technology, responsive service, and long-term partnerships.
We are seeking a Photocopier/Office Automation Technician to operate from our Rivonia offices in a full-time, field-based technical role.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair multi-branded photocopiers and MFP devices
Perform preventative maintenance and on-site technical support
Ensure machines operate to manufacturer and company standards
Provide professional, client-facing technical service
Accurately report faults, repairs, and service activities
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in Office Automation / Photocopier repairs
Multi-brand technical experience (advantageous)
Valid South African drivers licence (essential)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Professional conduct and ethical work standards
