Purpose of Position: To design; develop and facilitate OBET course material and learning programs for the phlebotomy learnership and to conduct the assessment and moderation for the learnership.








Requirements: Bachelor of Education, Grade 12, Registered Assessor, Registered Facilitator, Registered Modertor

Required Experience: Experience in outcomes based education, Grade 12 maths education experience, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: OBET, Knowledge: SETA procedures and requirements








Key Responsibilities: Assess learner evidence in order to make judgements regarding learner competence, Assist with the Recruitment and Selection of new learners to the phlebotomy learnership program in order to ensure an ongoing output of qualified phlebotomy technicians, Assist with the Recruitment and Selection of new learners to the phlebotomy learnership program in order to ensure an ongoing output of qualified phlebotomy technicians, Maintain good client relations to ensure that learnership output meets the client needs, Moderate assessment evidence to ensure standardization of assessments and allow opportunity to grow the skills of the assessor, Moderate assessment evidence to ensure standardization of assessments and allow opportunity to grow the skills of the assessor
