As the company expands, they are seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to help drive their success in the market. The RoleAs a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients, including pharmacies and healthcare distributors. You will actively seek new business opportunities, promote products, and work towards achieving sales targets and growth objectives within the pharmaceutical sector. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients such as pharmacies and healthcare distributors.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, ensuring sales targets and growth objectives are met.Gather and analyse market insights to understand customer needs and competitor activities.Manage customer orders and ensure timely, efficient delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the management team to provide valuable feedback and support strategic initiatives.Build relationships with Provincial Health Authority procurement departments to facilitate product distribution. Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceProven experience in wholesale or channel sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Experience with Provincial Health Authority procurement departments is highly desirable.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and regulatory standards, is advantageous.
