Job Objectives:
Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Interact with customers in a professional manner and with strict confidentiality within SOP and agreed timelines
xc2xb7 Administration of scripts and or any other claiming/capturing related procedure
xc2xb7 Accurate and complete handling of all profiles worked on
xc2xb7 Interact with health care professionals where needed
xc2xb7 Problem solving and follow up of queries
Duties
xc2xb7 Interact with customers via telephone or other means regarding medication and Healthcare Services
xc2xb7 Accurate capturing of scripts received at the Central Pharmacy centre
xc2xb7 Handling of queries regarding prescriptions
xc2xb7 Patient Profile management
xc2xb7 Assist with Chronic authorizations
xc2xb7 Liaison with all other departments
xc2xb7 Ad hoc requirements as per operational requirements
Knowledge:
xc2xb7 Product knowledge (including OTC)
xc2xb7 SAPC and relevant legal knowledge
xc2xb7 Sound knowledge of the chronic authorization process and procedures
xc2xb7 Customer service orientated
