Purpose of the Job
Medirite Plus Protea Heights is looking for a qualified Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services. The individual will assist the pharmacist with dispensing and performing pharmacy-related administrative duties. Key Performance Areas include:- Stock control
- Dispensing (under the supervision of a pharmacist)
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Frontshop service

Qualifications
Essential:- Qualified as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant.
- Registered as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with the South African pharmacy council.
Experience
- Two years+ experience working in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:- Customer service orientated
- Dispensing knowledge
- Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems
- Knowledge of Retail/ FMCG operations
