Job Description
A well-established, service-focused pharmacy in Brackenfell is seeking to appoint a Qualified Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing medication under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, in accordance with legal and professional requirements Managing stock: ordering, receiving, rotation, and tracking of expiry dates Handling patient interactions and providing informed assistance within scope of practice Supporting the efficient and professional operation of the dispensary as part of a
collaborative and supportive team
Minimum Requirements:
Registered with theSouth African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a Qualified Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant Experience with
ProPharm dispensing software
is advantageous Strong working knowledge of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must beteam-oriented
, respectful, and able to work harmoniously with others High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability Own and reliable transport is essential Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands Positive attitude MS Office LiterateRemuneration:
Market-related, based on experience and qualifications.
