Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an allocated sales territory - inland and coastal.

• Follow a client calling cycle and visit all customers (doctors, pharmacies, retailers and other healthcare professionals) monthly.

• Follow and professionally execute sales and promotional plans and schedules, monitor success and reporting.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, wholesalers, buying groups, and direct accounts.

• Generate new business leads with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and order taking.

• Lead and manage retail representatives, merchandisers, and in?store promoters.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Representative in Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Liquor.

• Undergraduate qualification.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

• Proven sales and marketing track record with a passion for new business development.

• Target?driven and motivated by commission and incentives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organisational and problem?solving abilities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

• Willingness to travel, including country trips every 5-6 weeks.

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
