Duties & Responsibilities
Pharmacy and Healthcare Customer Visits
Regular interaction with pharmacies and healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
Emphasis on maintaining strong client relationships.
Product Promotion and Sales
Selling both existing and new product lines.
Suggests a dual focus on customer retention and new business development.
Reporting
Weekly and bi-monthly sales and progress reports ? reflects a results-driven, KPI-focused culture.
Ad Hoc Strategic Tasks
Involvement in special projects or campaigns aligned with company goals - flexibility and adaptability required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
2+ years of sales experience, specifically calling on pharmacies (pharmaceutical or FMCG background advantageous).
Established pharmacy relationships (key differentiator - shows preference for candidates with existing networks).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (client-facing role).
Self-driven & results-oriented (independent territory management, target achievement).
