Pet Insurance Claims Consultant

The opportunity

We are looking for a Claims Consultant to join our pet insurance team. This is a full-time permanent position, based in our office in George, Garden Route.

You will engage with our customers to process their pet claims promptly and effectively. As a claimxe2x80x99s consultant, you will manage a portfolio of claims once they are lodged via the customers portal through to claim payment/outcome.

Monday to Friday: 21h30 (PM) xe2x80x93 06h00 (AM)

These hours are in line with the operational hours in New Zealand xe2x80x93 providing you with flexibility during the day.

A typical day would see you talking to our customers about their precious dog/cat via inbound calls, outbound calls and via email/SMS. Wexe2x80x99re here to make the claims process simple, easy, and fast for our customers while providing a personalised caring experience.

??You can work your way around various software/systems and have an aptitude for learning.

??Have demonstrated experience handling insurance claims, working in the financial services industry or call centre environment.

??You are confident to ask probing questions and gain detailed information.
