Pest Control Officer

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to identify signs of pest activity and assess the severity of infestations
Plan and execute appropriate pest control treatments in line with company procedures and legal requirements
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on pest prevention and hygiene practices
Complete service reports and maintain accurate client records after each visit
Ensure safe handling and application of pest control chemicals and equipment
Monitor pest control outcomes and schedule follow-up treatments as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment and chemicals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Report any hazards, incidents, or deviations from protocol to management promptly
Support colleagues and assist with hygiene-related services when required

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Valid P-number (Registered with Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries or relevant authority)
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid drivers license (Code 8 or higher)

Experience: * Minimum 12 years experience in pest control service delivery
