1?Daily administrative management, responsible for important visit reception, meeting and activity preparation, management of incoming calls registration, document file arrangement, to ensure the efficient operation of administrative work;
2?Assist in recruitment, training and employee relations management, improve compensation, performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, formulate talent development plan, and promote the localization of talent training;
3?Assist in the development and optimization of the subsidiary's integrated management related rules and regulations and process, and Supervise the implementation and enhance the operational efficiency;
4?Responsible for employee visa application, labor contract management and related compliance affairs, to ensure that the business operation meets the requirements of local regulations;
5?Raintain the office environment, responsible for the daily procurement and material management, to ensure the timely supply of materials needed for work.
Qualification?
1, More than 3/5/8 years of administrative or human resources management related experience, multinational enterprises work experience is preferred;
2, With good cross-cultural communication skills, can adapt to the multicultural environment, will be basic Chinese is preferred;
3, With basic knowledge of legal affairs, familiar with South Africa's relevant labor laws and regulations and employment risk control, etc.;
4, With strong communication skills, organizational coordination, team management and problem solving skills;
5, Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven and teamwork spirit.

Pay: R18900,00 - R70000,00 per month
