Job Description
Qualifications &
Experience:
Grade 12 (Matric)
FAIS compliant (RE5) - Beneficial
Minimum NQF4 Insurance related qualification - Beneficial
35+ years experience in the short-term insurance industry, with a focus on Personal Lines
underwriting within a brokerage
In-depth knowledge of personal lines products, policy wordings, and pricing structures
Computer literacy Microsoft Office
Tial or Cardinal360 knowledge is advantageous
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
