Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for the Director--screening calls, emails, and correspondence
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain confidential records and office filing systems
Perform general office duties emails, supply ordering, and supporting staff as needed
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items on behalf of the Director
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Polished, professional demeanor with a proactive approach
Able to think on your feet and be prepared for a fast changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7000,00 - R10000,00 per month
