We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our
Group Finance Director
. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication across departments, and timely execution of business-critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the Group Finance Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minute-taking.
Track and report on the progress of action items and deliverables from meetings.
Liaise with department heads and team members on behalf of the Group Finance Director to ensure efficient communication and follow-through.
Handle correspondence, prepare documentation, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Reporting & Systems Management
Compile and prepare business and financial reports as required by the Group Finance Director.
Input, update, and analyse data using tools such as
Google Sheets, Excel
, and
ClubManager CRM
.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Provide insights and summaries to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
Experience in a finance or corporate environment will be advantageous.
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data management systems.
