Job Summary REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric, relevant tertiary experience advantageous
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maturity to handle situations confidentiality
  • Very good computer and typing skills
  • Proactive and ability to show initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Valid driversxe2x80x99 licence and own transport
DUTIES:
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Screening calls for the Director
  • Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Director
  • Diary management
  • Typing documentation
  • Coordinate courier services, requirements for online orders and export
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate all meetings and appointments
  • Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities is provided
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage spreadsheets for fuel logs for company vehicles
  • Ordering of consumables and stationery
  • Checking invoices and credits for office requirements
  • Liaise with team members effectively for requirements when needed
