Key Responsibilities
Diary & Scheduling Management
: Set up and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
Agent Support
: Assist agents with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless workflow.
Listing Management
: Prepare, upload, and maintain property listings on various platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
Property Inspections
: Conduct and record ingoing and outgoing inspections, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Documentation & Filing
: Maintain organised records, agreements, and compliance documents.
Client Interaction
: Provide friendly and professional client service in person, telephonically, and via email.
Requirements
Proven experience in an
administrative or personal assistant role
(real estate experience advantageous).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
.
Strong
attention to detail
and accuracy.
A
people's person
with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
Punctual
and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with property management systems.
Language Preference:
Afrikaans (with proficiency in English an advantage).
Driver's license and own transport (advantageous).
