Location: Cape Town (Rondebosch / Mowbray)

We are an established aesthetic practice looking for a reliable, trustworthy, punctual, professional and versatile all-rounder to join our team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential.

Key Duties (include but not limited to):

General administration & secretarial work Maintaining patient records & accounts Keeping the clinic neat and presentable Answering phone calls & emails promptly Scheduling and coordinating appointments Welcoming and assisting patients Assisting with minor procedures (if qualified) PA tasks and supporting the doctor Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Advantages:

Prior experience in healthcare Prior experience in aesthetics or as a therapist Experience with social media management & marketing Fluent in Amharic, Turkish or Somali languages (Due to patient demographic) We are ideally seeking a creative individual who can also help manage our social media pages and marketing
