Personal Assistant required in Ashlea Gardens,Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements:
Mature, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female, aged 35+ years
Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
Matric / Grade 12
3 to 5 years recent experience AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT A MUST, preferably in financial advisory/insurance industry (NOT experience as an admin clerk/receptionist/cashier etc.)
Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Driver's license and own reliable transport
Non smoker
Stable employment record and contactable References
To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full Personal Assistant duties for Asset Management Wealth Manager
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of advisory practice
Client Relationship Management (Client liaison, schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare meeting packs and documentation, respond to client queries regarding account status etc.)
Administrative & Operational Support (diary management, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, prepare & submit forms, maintain client files, open new accounts etc.)
Document Preparation & Data Entry
Compliance & Regulatory Duties (ensure documentation meets compliance standards, assist with internal and external audits etc.)
Provider & Platform Coordination (Communicate with investment platforms, insurance companies & product providers to obtain valuations, process transactions, or resolve issues etc.)
Practice Management & Process Improvement (Maintain office supplies, support event or webinar coordination etc.)
Salary:
R20 000 - R22 000 per month.
