: Personal Assistant Definition To provide executive and secretarial support to Management. Education and Qualification Requirements: Minimum Requirements: 1. Grade 12 plus Secretarial Diploma / qualification 2. 5 xe2x80x93 10 years relevant Personal Assistance / Secretarial and Administration experience 3. Strong private sector at personal management level experience 4. Exceptionally high level of Computer Literacy required (MS Office xe2x80x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 5. Must have a good understanding of Managementxe2x80x99s statutory responsibilities and be able to support in all required roles 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Presentable xe2x80x93 neat and professional in appearance 8. Valid driversxe2x80x99 licence Skills Required: 1. Communication both written and verbal 2. Administrative / Secretarial 3. Computer Literate 4. Reporting 5. Good interpersonal and client relations skills. 6. Creative problem-solving skills. 7. Developed time management and organisational skills. 8. Able to follow instruction precisely. 9. Meticulous and diligent Key Duties / Responsibilities: Communicating professionally and effectively with clients telephonically, managing and screening Managementxe2x80x99s telephone calls. Taking and distributing of messages. Welcoming clients / visitors and communicating their appointments with Management. All duties pertaining to diary management including scheduling of meetings / appointments, liaising with clients / suppliers / stakeholders both telephonically and via email on behalf of management. Making flight, travel and accommodation arranging and communicating details to management. Document control and systems assurance xe2x80x93 recording all information and keeping confidential records in a user friendly accessible format. Taking, typing and distributing of meeting minutes. Typing letters, reports and general correspondence. Providing general secretarial / office administration support to management. All general office administration duties including preparing meeting documents / presentations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Polokwane, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
