We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support a busy executive/professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Handle email, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Discretion and professionalism in all interactions
- Valid driver's license and own transport
