Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need a strong foundation in administration and organisational excellence. A Grade 12 qualification is essential, complemented by a recognised Personal Assistant or Secretarial Diploma or Certificate. A three-year bachelor's degree in office management, Commerce, or Information Management will be an advantage, giving you the edge to navigate complex priorities with confidence. These qualifications will not only support your success today but will also position you for growth as we invest in focused learning solutions for future capabilities. Experience shapes your ability to anticipate needs and deliver with precision. You should bring three to six years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary at senior management level, ideally within a client-focused environment. Exposure to project support and formal committee servicing will strengthen your ability to manage diverse responsibilities. Your experience will allow you to create people-centric solutions that ignite engagement and ensure leadership is empowered to thrive.
Skills Requirements
This role calls for exceptional communication and organisational skills. You need to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
