We have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant in Heidelberg:

Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a well-organized and bilingual Personal Assistant to provide executive support in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, reside in Heidelberg, and be able to manage administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative support role
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans - essential
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must reside in Heidelberg, Gauteng
  • Own reliable transport to and from work
