Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a half-day PA/Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will provide administrative and personal support to management while ensuring accurate and efficient bookkeeping. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing job cards on Numbers.
  • Preparing quotations and cost calculations.
  • Occasionally driving into town to collect items such as meters.
  • Liaising with clients to follow up on payments.
  • Uploading invoices onto Pastel.
  • Any other administrative tasks such as placing orders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, PA, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Pastel, and preferably Apple Numbers.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
Working hours and compensation:
Hours: 08:00 - 13:00.
A cellphone and fuel allowance will be provided if she needs to travel from George to Wilderness.
Currently, no medical aid or pension benefits are offered.
