Stanger. A succesful infrastructure consulting services company seeks a mature Personal Assistant to join their team.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Help with presentations and progress reports
Prepare Minutes of meetings with Clients, Professionals and contractors and Follow up actions
Assist manage of invoicing tenants
Assisting me and team keeping proper file record on projects
Assist in prep of leases, Manage leases
Organizing and Preparing for meetings
Assisting with the Managing of projects
Preparation and Reconciling of invoices
Transcribing notes and dictations
Licensing and registration of vehicles
Liaising with clients
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparation of Tender Documentation and Tenders Submissions
Data Capture for projects
Updating websites and CVxe2x80x99s
Update company FICA certificates as and when expired
Assist with planning and budgeting
Attending events/meetings as the Company representative
writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters,
screening and answering calls and handling queries
Distributing internal and external communication
Maintenance and development of efficient administrative processes and procedures for other administrative staff
Communication of memos and information to Team
Maintain personal records for Executives, account payments and correspondence
Manage suppliers and sub contractors with regards to repairs
Assist with personal errands
