A Performance Marketing Specialist position is currently available in Bedfordview.



Level: Mid-Weight.



Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your work priorities would include:


Manage campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including (but not limited to) Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed. Maintain certifications, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or others recommended by the company to build, bolster and develop your profile. Working closely with the creative team to produce best-in-class content (display / remarketing ads, video, landing pages) to meet KPIs. Set up conversion goals to track performance using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Set up the relevant code to improve campaign performance, including remarketing and Facebook Pixel code. Build, manage and develop audience lists utilising audience manager. Regularly assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of the following:


Minimum 4 years of experience implementing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels. Minimum 4 years working directly on the following ad platforms - Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Proven track record of analysing data and trends in order to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI. * Must have digital or ad agency experience.
