Launch and scale high-impact paid campaigns that directly fuel our sales pipeline
Be the optimization guru, constantly tweaking and testing to lower CPA and boost conversions
Partner with leadership to refine our SEO and organic presence for long-term dominance
Manage and report on marketing spend, proving the value of every investment
Tell the story behind the data, creating compelling reports that inform our strategy
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5-7+ years in the performance marketing trenches, with a portfolio of campaigns that delivered real growth
Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Proficiency with Google Analytics and a passion for data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills to influence strategy and report on your wins
