ENVIRONMENT:
Our client, the UKs most awarded and fastest-growing next-gen Telco/VoIP provider for small businesses, is looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join their Cape Town office. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to grow in digital marketing, supporting the Performance Marketing Lead in executing campaigns across multiple channels. It's a great opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment while helping drive the success of small businesses.
DUTIES:

• Assist in the management and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and other channels.
• Support the Performance Marketing Lead in analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help manage the online sign-up funnel and free trial campaigns, aiming to increase conversion rates. Contribute to A/B testing efforts and the analysis of results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a keen interest in paid search and social media.
• Experience in Google Ads is mandatory
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.
• Previous experience in a B2B or telecom/SaaS environment is advantageous but not required.
