The Performance Management Specialist role will be responsible for performance tracking of MFS delivery in region of MMEA as part of MFS PMO Unit. The role will assess, initiate and track multiple performance activities to ensure alignment to MFS and PMO KPIs and practices.

Role reports to Head of MMEA MFS PMO.

What you will do

  • Own performance metrics to secure PMO practices consistency and KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Own service delivery performance dashboard as part of MFS PMO setup.
  • Own improvement programs actions tracking and regular follow up.
  • Setup and own performance management governance
  • Support definition and tracking of MFS PMO Key Performance indexes (KPI) and Objectives and Key results (OKR)
  • Support developing processes and methodologies for envisioning analytics as a practice.
  • Present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations.
  • Consolidate and process from various Ericsson systems into simplified reports and presentations (PPT)
  • Transform, improve and integrate, data, depending on the business requirements.
  • Generate and maintain control documentation of performance and quality assurance procedures.
  • Work closely with MA and BA stakeholders to analyze performance of delivery
  • Work jointly within key MA MFS roles (Head of Cluster, Head of CoE, etc) to initiate, plan and complete performance improvement actions
  • Measure, improve and report process performance, based on approved key performance indicators
  • Document for business requirement and analytics implementation
  • Financial Reports and Tracking: Revenue and Cost reports consolidation and assessment towards approved budgets. Multiple views: project view, Unit view etc.
You will bring
  • Experience in service delivery performance management as part PMO 5+ years
  • Experience as Project Coordination and Project Support functions 5+ years
  • FinTech knowledge would be a plus
  • Excel including VBA programming (to manage / develop custom reports)
  • Tableau, PowerBI or any other visualization tool experience
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in IT environment.
  • Result oriented with customer first attitude.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative, collaborative, relating and networking
  • Outgoing personality that finds it easy to cooperate and establish relationships across organizational boundaries and in a global environment.
  • University degree in Technology
  • Project Management Skills
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Compliance and Ethics.
