People & Operations Coordinator
Location: South Africa (Remote), preferably Cape Town or Johannesburg

About the Role
Caribou is a global consultancy working at the intersection of technology, inclusion, and impact. With a team of 50+ people across 20+ countries, we help our partners design strategies, manage funds, uncover insights, and measure impact in a digital age.
We are seeking a People & Operations Coordinator to take day-to-day ownership of Caribou's people and operational systems. This role ensures the smooth running of HR processes, internal communications, supplier management, and team logistics -- all the things that keep a globally distributed organisation connected and performing at its best.
You'll work closely with the Head of People & Operations, the CEO, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring our systems are well maintained, our people processes are efficient, and our culture continues to feel personal, organised, and values-driven as we grow.
This is an ideal role for someone with solid experience in people operations or business coordination who enjoys combining structure, systems, and human connection.
