PEGA decisioning experience and CPDC certification is a must
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Elaboration and capture of the relevant business requirements related to the solution strategy and logic
Configuration of the standardised Pega solution with propositions and rules, strategy logic to deliver messages initially to the secure web site and then to email/SMS as per the approved requirements
Experience building decision strategies to improve 1 1 customer engagement using CDH features and capabilities Experience building always-on customer or marketing strategies using Next-Best-Action (NBA)
Experience building prioritisation using Pega AI brain
Experience designing solutions using arbitration balance between customer relevance and client priorities
Experience with data flow and processing high-volume data
