Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about payroll accuracy?
My client is seeking a meticulous Payroll / Salaries Administrator to join their team and take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function.
This role is based in Ulco, Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture and verify employee payroll data.
- Perform regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Ensure payroll is processed correctly and aligns with company policies, statutory and legal requirements.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Compile and deliver management reports such as Budget and Cost Reports, providing insights and identifying improvement areas.
- Prepare and submit standard and ad hoc payroll reports.
- Support internal and external audits by collating data and responding to audit queries.
- Manage the printing and distribution of annual IRP5s.
- Relevant payroll qualification.
- 5 years proven experience in a payroll administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- SAP (non-negotiable)
- trong understanding of payroll systems, labour law, and statutory requirements.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
