JOB BRIEF
The Payroll Support Specialist will support our payroll operations by providing expert assistance with PaySpace, implementing payroll solutions for clients, and managing payroll administration. The role requires a thorough understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and the PaySpace platform.
Meet agreed SLA's and ensure delivery of an excellent 'customer service'. The incumbent must possess a strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices as well as strong mathematical, communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Demonstrate strong technical skills to quickly identify and resolve payroll system issues or discrepancies
Knowledge and experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry will be advantageous.
