The client requires an experienced Payroll administrator to administer the hotel's payroll for approx 30+ employees.

Prepare and collect monthly payroll inputs

Capture the monthly payroll inputs

p
Check monthly payroll for errors
/p
/li
li
p
Submit all 3rd party payroll report to the Finance Department for payment
/p

p
File all appropriate information for record keeping
/p
/li
li
p
Process personnel administration
/p
/li
li
p
Distribute payslips
/p
/li
li
p
Handle staff queries related to remuneration, benefits and employment conditions
/p
/li
li
p
Provide general assistance to Branches in general
/p
/li
li
p
Compile and distribute relevant communication to employees, e.g. Letters of appointment, increase letters, etc.

li
p
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports
/p
/li
li
p
Liaise with Service Providers

p
General administrative support to the Human Resources team

Skills required:

Grade 12

At least 5 years related experience in a shift work environment

Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel)

Full Payroll System knowledge & experience, as well as payroll integration with a Time and Attendance system
