Payroll Officer
Job Description
This well-established fast-food franchise, that prides itself on going above and beyond in community service, is looking for an equally diligent and dedicated Payroll Officer to add to their team based in Johannesburg North.
The successful candidate will run the payroll efficiently, maintain integrity and confidentiality, and process the payroll for approximately 1 700 employees. Manage monthly payroll preparation and timely payment of employees and third parties. Prepare relevant payroll reports and meaningful analysis of payroll data as well as reconcile payroll to HR database and financial general ledgers.
Education:
- BCom or BTech required
- Minimum of 5 years consistent experience in Payroll
- FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience advantageous
- Experience with Oracle beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Deadline driven
- Meticulous organisational and time management skills
