Job Description


The purpose of the position is to process payroll within the Company. Responsibilities: Payroll: xe2x80xa2 Ensure that statutory payments are processed within the specified time constraints. xe2x80xa2 Ascertain that the right tax calculations are loaded into the system. xe2x80xa2 Calculate and process employee wages, as well as address payroll queries. xe2x80xa2 Capture payroll data and guarantee data accuracy. Retirement Funds: xe2x80xa2 Ensure that monthly benefit reconciliations are performed accurately xe2x80xa2 Administer retirement fund process and follow up on claims HR Administration: xe2x80xa2 Compile monthly reports xe2x80xa2 Handle petty cash xe2x80xa2 Maintain employee records xe2x80xa2 Administer engagements and terminations on payroll system Advances and Loans: xe2x80xa2 Administer employee loans and queries Workman compensation: xe2x80xa2 Responsible for claims monitoring and administration, report generation and communication with employees xe2x80xa2 Ensure timely processing of workersxe2x80x99 compensation claims Qualifications and requirements: xe2x80xa2 Mathematics and Accounting skills xe2x80xa2 One to Two years Diploma payroll related discipline xe2x80xa2 At lease 5 years VIP Payroll experience
