Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of payroll systems.
Ensure statutory compliance with payroll-related legislation and regulations.
Perform payroll process testing, validation, and documentation.
Support data migration and system integration activities.
Provide user training and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll processes with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Education: National Diploma or higher in Human Resources or Finance (Proof of qualification required).
Experience: Proven track record in payroll system implementation projects and statutory compliance.
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payroll or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
