Job Description

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12
  • A formal tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Additional knowledge
  • Previous payroll experience would be an advantage
  • Must be familiar with or understand basic conditions of employment

Minimum experience
  • Input of data onto a computerized payroll system (new engagements, terminations leave etc.),
  • Employee queries.
  • Checking payroll output.
  • Work in a well-organized manner and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • To professionally deal with employees and colleagues
  • Work in a team to achieve company objectives
