Payroll and IR Administrator required in Johannesburg.
A well-established manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Payroll and IR Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented all-rounder who can manage the full wages payroll process and handle Industrial Relations administration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Waged Staff Files
+ Contracts updates (Fixed, Permanent and Project contracts)
+ Personal Details updates
+ Banking details.
+ ID, Passport and work permits updates.
+ Staff benefits updates (Provident Fund Details)
+ Updated leave forms and disciplinary forms.
+ Wages Payroll Clocking's and or timesheets.
+ Calculations of hours.
+ Report absenteeism and late coming.
+ Compile hours report/sheet for payroll.
+ Manage and report extra ordinarily overtime.
+ Manage leave payments.
+ Staff Loans
+ Legal Compliance Safety
+ Employment Equity
+ WSP and ATR
+ BEE
+ Statutory Training (Safety Rep, First Aid and Fire Fighter) Disciplinary
+ Policy and procedures compliance
+ Investigations
+ Disciplinary hearings arrangements.
+ Appointments of Chairpersons
+ Support managers with Warnings
+ Dismissals documents Staff Forum
+ Meetings
+ Attendance
+ Minutes
+ Reporting What is being achieved
+ What is not being achieved with the action plan.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Proven experience in payroll administration (manufacturing environment an advantage)
Strong knowledge of labour laws and IR practices
* Accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills
