HR & Payroll Administrator
to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll for 60 monthly and 10 weekly staff
Oversee recruitment, contracts & leave administration
Ensure statutory compliance (EE, Skills Development, SETA)
Handle staff queries & assist with disciplinary processes
Keep company policies up to date with legislation
What We're Looking For:
Strong payroll & HR knowledge (labour laws essential)
Deadline-driven, accurate & proactive
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
High-level confidentiality & problem-solving ability
Computer literate with solid admin skills
